"Surprisingly quick email help"
I emailed RIXO customer service about my order, expecting the usual slow-as-hell back and forth, but they actually replied way faster than I thought they would. The message was clear too, not some lazy copy-paste crap.
They answered my question properly and didn’t turn it into a whole annoying circus, which I really appreciated. it was just a nice, easy experience overall.

I ordered a dress from Rixo i’m really pleased with it. The fabric feels lovely, the fit is really nice, and it definitely doesn’t look cheap. I’ve already worn it twice and got compliments both times, so I’d say it was a win.

The fabric looks really nice in person, but it does feel a bit thinner than I expected. Not a huge deal, but I did notice it right away. Still looks good though, so I’m not too upset about it.

"This dress is suspiciously good"
I ordered from Rixo because their patterns don’t look like the same copy-paste stuff you see all over the internet, i’m starting to think they know something the rest of these brands don’t. The print is even better in person, bright and fun without screaming for attention. I’ve already had a few people compliment it, which feels like further evidence that this dress is somehow in on the plan. Really happy I got it.

"I was a little nervous tossing this dress..."
I was a little nervous tossing this dress in the wash, but I’ve washed it twice now and it still looks just as nice. No shrinking, the colors haven’t faded, and it held its shape really well. Seems like it’s going to last, so I’m happy with it.

"Pretty much exactly like the photos"
I ordered a dress from Rixo and, i was a bit nervous about the colour... you know how things can look totally different online. But it actually matched the website photos really well. I thought it might turn up way brighter in person, but nope, it was spot on. Makes online shopping feel a lot less risky, which is nice. I’d definitely buy from them again

"Good selection, but restocks could be clearer"
I’ve ordered from Rixo a couple of times now and overall it’s been a good experience. The sizes I need are usually in stock, which is a relief, but some of the more popular dresses do sell out quickly. I don’t mind checking back, but I do wish they gave clearer instructions or updates about when restocks might happen. Still, I like the brand and would order again.

I bought a dress from Rixo the price felt fair for what it is. It’s not exactly cheap, but the fit is really nice and it looks well made. I’d probably still keep an eye out for a sale next time, but overall I’m happy with it. Anyway.

I really like the print and the fit is actually good, but the stitching isn’t quite what I expected for the price. There were a few loose threads around the hem, and the seams feel a little delicate. It’s still totally wearable and looks nice on, but I was hoping the overall construction would feel a bit sturdier. Not bad, just not perfect.

I bought a Rixo dress to wear to a wedding and, like a lot of people probably do, I was a bit worried it might feel tight or too fussy for a full day. But it was really easy to wear. The fabric felt light, didn’t rub anywhere, and I was comfortable through sitting, dancing, and walking around all day. The fit was true to size for me too. It looked lovely without feeling overdone, so I’d definitely say it’s a great option if you want something but still relaxed and comfortable.

"Late Delivery, but It Got Here Fine"
My order showed up later than it was supposed to, which was annoying. The tracking did work the whole time, so at least I could see where it was, and the package arrived in good condition. Still, whoever runs this really needs to get the delivery timing sorted out
