I ordered a dress online and unfortunately, due to no fault of RIXO, the courier held my parcel meaning it did not arrive the next day. I contacted RIXO via online chat and spoke to a very helpful lady called Anneliese. Anneliese could not have been more helpful & apologetic. She sent me a replacement dress straight away & it got to me at 11am the next day.

I have to say, I am very impressed by the excellent customer service. My issue was dealt with straight away & I think that's a sign of a great company!

The dress is stunning & I'm looking forward to wearing it tomorrow at a wedding.

I went to the new store in kings road today and the 1 star I gave is reflected in what I am now going to say (nothing to do with your lovely clothes etc and your store is amazing!) but when I walked through towards the end of the shop where the bar is and the bar person was on her mobile scrolling through! - not impressed at all! Not ideal really and nor does it make you want to disturb her to order a drink!!! This was about 4.15pm

Very disappointed with the product definitely not worth 300 pound friend got one as well and said exactly the same over priced

The dress I ordered was the last piece. It arrived in bad condition, I see a very evident stain, so I returned immediately. This was my first purchase of this brand and an unpleasant experience. In addition to this, I had to pay the cost of the shipping.

I purchased on line but wasn’t sure of sizing. I bought a 14 but found it too big. So while in London I decided to return it to the store and exchange for a 12. Even though the dress was in store in Carnaby Street they didn’t have a size 12. I was refunded for the size 14 and had to reorder the size 12 which the lovely lady did for me. My only disappointment was I was charged again for a delivery fee.
I was advised the Rixo dress are mainly true to size which you don’t always know purchasing on-line for the first time.

I ordered the Cheryl dress online in a size 8 and it was a little too snug. I returned this and was refunded in a matter of days. Claudia in the Kings Road store was extremely helpful and efficient; she organised for a size 10 to be delivered to Cornwall as I was on holiday for a few days. DHL were excellent and the dress arrived the next day. The only negative issue was that when I returned the first dress, it was showing as another item- leopard print dress which was slightly concerning as this item was less expensive

I was on the website after making my purchase -all of a sudden a lady popped up on the live chat asking me if I needed any help -I was just considering the size I purchased and was on size chart -she was helpful in advising that your dresses were very true to size and also when I was due to expect my parcel that arrived before u predicted even on standard delivery!!

Always reliable delivery - so important for those late events or late planning. I love the whole range. The size and style choices are great - I know I can always find a last minute dress here.

Waited over a week for my order even though I had paid £5 for P&P. Pay less from other companies and never waited that long. Quality and material of dress are terrible. Used to be so much better. Not worth the money for this dress

It was easy to order my dress on line and it arrived a few days later as promised. I’m really pleased with my purchase from Rixo but the free returns policy was there if needed. Dresses are true to size and mine was cut on the bias which makes it flattering.

Absolutely love this dress. The fabric and the cut are beautiful. I am a size 12 with long arms and a DD bust and chose a medium.

Quick delivery. Gorgeous dress. Perfect fit. Lovely fabric and quality.
